Your MLM Recruiting System is Failing?

Have you struggled to get an online MLM recruiting system or marketing up and running so that it actually helps produce commission checks for you? Well, trust me, you are certainly not alone in your struggles.

Statistics have consistently shown that the majority of people in MLM are not earning a profit. But, that does not mean that network marketing is bad or an industry to avoid!

It is much more likely that it is either the system, or lack of knowledge about how to use the system that is to blame. Unfortunately, there are bad systems being promoted online as well as systems that are not really system at all out there. But, it should also be noted that most people who buy into a system really have no clue how to actually use the system to produce any real results.

When it comes to MLM recruiting systems, there are really two kinds…

The first kind is the real deal. These are legitimate MLM recruiting systems that are designed to follow a well thought out series of process and steps. In many cases they help to automate certain routine tasks.

You still have to put in the work to make the system go, but you should not have to reinvent the wheel. These types of systems are commonly found in traditional business like franchises for instance.

The other kind of MLM recruiting systems are the "push button" kind. These are the systems that promise huge results with very little effort or even thought on your part.

You have seen the sales videos showing you massive affiliate account amounts or blurred out checks with huge numbers on them. All you have to do is fork over the money, join their exclusive "push button" system and you too can start earning massive daily and monthly incomes starting right now!

The problem is that most of these "push button" systems do not have any substance to them. Once your money has cleared the payment system, you quickly realize that most of the effort was spent on the promotion of the system rather than the system itself.

There is typically very little information offered as to how to make the system work, what skill you need to develop, or what your true investment needs to be to make everything work.

And without those little tidbits of information, the system is almost assuredly doomed to fail.

Here is what every online network marketer or affiliate marketer needs to understand. Every business system worth its salt requires some skill and effort on the part of the operator. One key difference between the two types of systems is that "push button" systems seem to try and cover this fact up, while the real deal systems put it right out front.

A real MLM recruiting system still requires you to do some work.

Sorry if that burst the bubble on all the empty promises of so many of those "push button" systems out there.

The real deal systems recognize that the true key to duplication is addressing the skills and effort required by participants of the system. They focus on providing participants with education, foundational skills and support to implement various components of the system.

* You may have to learn how to write.
* You may have to develop copywriting skills.
* You may have to learn how to generate your own traffic.
* You will often have to learn how to do more than one of these things.

Sorry to tell you, but that is work.

And, there is one other factor often overlooked by "push button" systems when it comes to network marketing and affiliate marketing… Sustainable duplication.

The real key in network marketing and affiliate marketing is not in finding a system that you have been able to make work for you. The key to success with any system is to understand what makes it work, understand your role in making it work, and then finding a way to duplicate your success without requiring you to be hands on all the time.

Too many of the "push button" systems out there do not have the ability to duplicate on a large scale. What made them work for a few people is just not mass duplicatable to others who do not possess the same skills or insights. And, too often the part they leave out is the work that it actually takes to make the system work.
